| The year
was 1957. Arthur Tauscher, a young Professional Engineer, realized that
home buyers had no assurances about the mechanical and structural
integrity of the property they were about to purchase. Quick to act on his
ideals, Mr. Tauscher developed the concept of comprehensive home and
building inspections. What began as a one man office in 1957 has grown
into Criterium Engineers, a nationwide organization consisting of more
than 70 offices and 150 Professional Engineers licensed to practice in
almost every state. Criterium Engineers has been listed in the Engineering
News Record Top 500 Design Firms each year since 1993.
Criterium-McWilliam Engineers is proud to be associated with this
