H. Alan Mooney, P.E.

Alan Mooney, P.E., is the Chief Engineer of Criterium-McWilliam Engineers and Founding President of Criterium Engineers. He is a civil and structural engineer with over 40 years of experience including complex multi-million-dollar engineering and construction projects, forensic engineering, numerous building envelope quality assurance and commissioning projects and thousands of residential and commercial building inspections. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in twelve states – Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maine, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York and Vermont.  Alan is also an accomplished speaker.   He has developed and presented numerous seminars related to building technology and engineering services.
